DIY Popsicle Stick Witches

Have some cackling good fun with you kiddos making these wicked fun little witches with popsicle sticks.  To make them you only need a few supplies and a little imagination.  After all, witches come in all shapes and sizes.

The first step is to dye your popsicle sticks.  I used Rit Dye (Kelly Green) for the faces and Black for the hats.  To dye them, submerge them in a hot dye bath for a few minutes…then let them dry completely.

Next, use Elmers Glue to put them together.  Use the Elmers Glue to add eyes, mouths and such from whatever you have in you craft stash.  I used google eyes.

And I then added these awesome heart lips with buttons from Buttons Galore and More.  I love them because they look like ‘Me and My Peeps‘ lips.

I think they are wicked adorable and fun too.  I glued one to a clothespin magnet for the refrigerator door.  She is happily hanging out beside a picture that I adore.

Have a wicked time making these (insert cackles here),

Laura

PS:  Isn’t her pumpkin friend cute, too?
